The participants of the Young Talents Meeting work worldwide in different companies of the Clyde Bergemann Power Group. By means of a specific selection procedure, a group of young and motivated people come together, representing ten different nationalities. In lectures and workshops, engineers and commercial people acquire jointly knowledge about the philosophy and core values of Clyde Bergemann. Far from day-to-day business this meeting provides the opportunity to discuss and create new ideas and approaches for improvements.
In order to identify and promote potential junior managers in time this kind of human resource development has been proved of value for the company.
„Markets in which we are active, for example the energy business, are characterized by a strong change and a huge growth potential. Now and in the future, we need smart people who are committed to our growth strategy to secure and develop our top market position. The Young Talents Meeting is a good opportunity to intensively get to know our young specialists”, explains Franz Bartels, President & CEO of the Clyde Bergemann Power Group.
